I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have worked in mental health and wellbeing roles for the past 11 years, including at a community counselling centre, LGBTQ+ therapeutic services, a creative arts university, an engineering university, adult mental health services, secondary schools, and support for asylum seekers and refugees.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute in London, and am continuing my professional development by completing advanced training in Psychotherapy.
